My Political Beliefs
I have mixed feelings about how these political belief quizzes went. For the quiz by www.people-press.org, I was viewed as a “Core Conservative”. In the quiz for www.politicalcompass.org, I was 1.13, -1.54.
My political ideologies can vary by case. I think that the more I learn, the more my view swings left or right. As I have been discovering my political stances on different topics I have learned that my views can be both conservative and liberal. I feel like if you work hard for your money then you should be able to do with it as you please. I believe that private and charter schools will help in educating the youth, and I believe that there should be a free-market-system. These are all conservative views. I also believe in the environmental (energy & climate change) ideas of a liberal, as well as the same-sex views.
I agree with most of your views. I like how you said the more you learn the more your views change. Before this class I thought of myself as a democrat but now my views have changed.
